FREE SHIPPING ELIGIBILITY
Native Taste Co. offers:
FREE Standard Shipping on eligible food product orders of $50 or more (before taxes and after discounts).
For live plants and oversized items:
FREE Standard Shipping may apply only on eligible plant orders of $200 or more depending on destination state, package size, seasonal conditions, and shipping carrier limitations.
Orders not qualifying for free shipping may incur:

regional delivery surcharges;

temperature-protection charges;

oversized package fees.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:

LIVE PLANT SHIPPING POLICY
Native Taste Co. ships certain live plants, rooted cuttings, seedlings, propagation materials, and seasonal botanical products to eligible states within the United States.
Customers acknowledge and agree:

live plants are natural products and may vary in size, shape, color, fullness, and growth stage;

minor cosmetic imperfections, transplant stress, leaf drop, or shipping stress may occur during transit;
-
plant condition may change after delivery depending on customer care, weather exposure, watering, lighting, repotting, humidity, and acclimation practices.
Native Taste Co. does not guarantee:

continued plant survival after delivery;

future growth rates;
-
flowering or fruiting performance;
-
pest resistance;
-
adaptation to customer climate conditions.
WEATHER & TEMPERATURE RISKS
Customers ordering live plants acknowledge the risks associated with shipping during:

freezing temperatures;

storms;

seasonal climate fluctuations.
Native Taste Co. reserves the right to:

delay plant shipments due to unsafe weather conditions;

hold orders temporarily to reduce transit damage risk;

Native Taste Co. shall not be liable for plant damage caused by:

STATE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

PLANT DELIVERY & INSPECTION
Customers must inspect live plants immediately upon delivery.
Any verified shipping damage claims for plants must:

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not qualify for review due to the living nature of plant products.
COMBINED FOOD & PLANT ORDERS
Orders containing both food and live plants may:

Native Taste Co. reserves the right to determine the safest and most efficient shipping method for combined orders.
