Native Taste Co. ships using trusted third-party carriers including UPS, USPS, FedEx, and regional delivery providers.
Free Shipping
Eligible food orders above $50 may qualify for free standard shipping.
Eligible live plant orders above $200 may qualify for free shipping depending on destination state, weather conditions, and carrier limitations.
Processing Times
Many products are handmade, seasonal, small-batch, or made-to-order. Typical processing time is 1–5 business days before shipment.
Perishable & Refrigerated Products
Products labeled “Keep Refrigerated” must remain refrigerated immediately upon delivery.
Native Taste Co. is not responsible for spoilage caused by delayed refrigeration, carrier delays, missed deliveries, or customer mishandling after delivery.
Shipping Risks
Once orders are transferred to shipping carriers, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
Native Taste Co. is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost packages
- Weather disruptions
- Porch theft
- Failed delivery attempts
- Carrier mishandling
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional fees may apply for returned or re-shipped orders caused by incorrect addresses.
Live Plant Shipping
Live plants may experience shipping stress, cosmetic imperfections, or environmental acclimation during transit. Customers assume responsibility for plant care after delivery.
