Refund Policy

At Native Taste Co., every product is prepared and packed with care in small batches to provide authentic homemade-style flavors and quality products.

Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of our products, food items and live plants generally cannot be returned.

Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds or replacements may be considered only for:

  • Verified damaged items
  • Leaking products
  • Incorrect orders
  • Unsafe spoiled products
  • Major verified quality issues

Claim Requirements

Claims must:

  • Be submitted within 14 days for food products
  • Be submitted within 24 hours for live plants
  • Include photographs of products and packaging
  • Include order number and issue description

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Flavor or spice-level preferences
  • Improper refrigeration or storage
  • Carrier delays outside our control
  • Natural product variations
  • Live plant stress after delivery

Store Credit & Replacements

Approved claims may be resolved through replacement products, store credit, partial refunds, or refunds to original payment methods at Native Taste Co.’s discretion.
