Welcome to Native Taste Co. By accessing our website, placing an order, purchasing products, scheduling pickup or delivery, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, allergen disclosures, refrigeration requirements, and customer responsibilities.

Food Allergy & Ingredient Disclaimer

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing all ingredient and allergen information before placing orders. Products may contain or come into contact with peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, mustard, dairy, shellfish, fish, soy, wheat/gluten, garlic, coconut, tamarind, and chili powders/spices.

Spice Level Acknowledgment

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept varying spice intensities and authentic regional flavor profiles. Refunds or disputes based on spice level or personal taste preference are not eligible for refunds or liability claims.

Refrigeration & Shelf Life

Products labeled “Keep Refrigerated” must remain refrigerated at all times. Unopened refrigerated products may maintain freshness for up to 9 months from packing date if continuously refrigerated. Opened products should generally be consumed within 45 days for best freshness and taste.

Shipping Policy

Native Taste Co. ships using UPS, USPS, FedEx, and regional delivery providers. Eligible food orders above $50 may qualify for free standard shipping. Eligible live plant orders above $200 may qualify for free shipping depending on state and shipping conditions.

Returns & Refunds

Due to food safety regulations, food products and live plants generally cannot be returned. Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within required claim windows and include supporting photos.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Native Taste Co. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, shipping delays, spoilage, allergic reactions, or customer mishandling.

Dispute Resolution

Customers agree that disputes shall first be submitted for informal resolution and, if unresolved, handled through confidential binding arbitration in Texas. Customers waive participation in class-action lawsuits to the fullest extent permitted by law.
